Hidden in the dusty streets, rural outskirts and busy townships of South Africa are aspiring business men and women, who with the platform provided by Xl magazine and the Thuthuka Bursary Fund, rise out of the difficulties they are faced with everyday and live better lives that come with being a CA(SA).

Xl magazine is a trendy, colourful, stylish and informative youth magazine that is published quartely and reaches the hands of 20 000 grade 11, 12 and 1st year BCom students all around South Africa.

Inside the magazine, our readers get exposed to educational material that helps them with their studies, get guidance to lifestyle and the best career choices, discover ways of being effective young adults and the magazine also gives them insight into the lives of young CAs(SA) who have made it into the industry.

Xl gives these young people the motivation they need to study further and be successful in their career choices and see themselves qualified, influential and possibly owning their own businesses.

Xl shows people that even the most underprivileged person can eXcel at life, they just need a push in the right direction!

    We consulted a Labour Lawyer for a CCMA case, Every month the Bill was 6500, 1700, And 8000, the suddenly for the final CCMA APPEARANCE we received a 18500 account, total on statement this month 36500.00, the case was lost although the lawyer kept on saying my daughter had a 99% change of winning. She is still unemployed since October 2011, how does the act protect her.

    In my view a "Cabon Tax" is just another way for Governement to tax the General Public. At the end of the day the consumer will pay this tax. Companies will just build the tax in as a cost and pass it on to their clients. I don't think it is going to address the green house gas problems we face. Isn't one of the biggest contributors to green house gases over population? Or is it to insensitive to suggest that Countries should cut down their reproduction rates? We are far from finding a viabe solution to this problem.
