Greenfish is a Cape Town based family run fishing business that has been servicing the restaurant, hospitality and wholesale industry with high quality, seasonal and locally sourced fish, and seafood products for almost 2 decades.
The COVID-19 lockdown kick-started their ambition to bring fresh fish directly from the ocean to anybody’s home in under 24 hours. When restaurants were closed in the initial lockdown, Greenfish had to make a plan to still earn an income and protect their employees jobs. They had to pivot their business model and created an online shop www.greenfish.co.za where the Cape Townian public could order fresh fish to be delivered to their homes,

The Greenfish offerings change daily as they only supply the freshest seafood. Operating on a 1 line – 1 fish basis, Greenfish ensures that they do not overfish. The origin of the fish and where it was caught is displayed on the packaging.
