One of the country’s most powerful women in business, Sindi Mabaso-Koyana has had an illustrious and exciting career. Currently the chairperson of the African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA) Investment Holding Company (AIH), she has a wealth of experience in the public and private sectors and has served on several boards. She’s a renowned and respected leader, and a champion for the growth and development of young women. Recently, as chair of the CA Charter Council and executive chairperson of AIH, Sindi spearheaded the revision of the chartered accountancy profession sector code, which aims to boost transformation in the profession and have the number of black people
in the CA profession reflect the country’s population demographics.
