Game drives
The Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve is the oldest proclaimed reserve in Africa. It is the only state-run park in KwaZulu-Natal that is home to the African Big 5 and is is world renowned for its conservation efforts and history. In the olden days it was used as King Shaka’s private hunting grounds. Conservation efforts have contributed to this park having the largest population of white rhino in the world.
DumaZulu cultural village

Bayete Zulu
Meet Rambo, Rachel and Jabulani, their habituated elephants. One of their knowledgeable rangers will talk you through their history. You will be given the opportunity to feed Rambo and Rachel and touch Rambo’s ears, behind his tusks and between his front legs. You may even get to feel his tongue!
